If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the shoes are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. The shoes must be returned with original shoe box in unworn condition. After your return package has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued. For return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the shoes are still needed, kindly please place a new order for the size, color needed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Return process
If you're a member, you can sign in to your member profile and start a return from the My Account>My Orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you will need to contact our customer support at by providing your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.

Refund time
Once we have received your items, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
